Understanding the life of the loan with Western Mortgage Network

  1. Application online
  2. Automated Underwritten Decision. Appraisal Waiver received or denied. (same day)
  3. Loan registered, initial Loan Estimate and Disclosure sent to borrowers. (same day)
  4. Option to lock your rate the same day as disclosures go out.
  5. Borrowers sign electronic Disclosures
  6. Conditional Approval. (1-3 days from signing depending on lender)
  7. Appraisal ordered if waiver not received. (same day as Underwriting)
  8. Conditions satisfied (dependent upon specific conditions and borrower)
  9. Closing Disclosures sent (after signed, three day period before final documents can be signed)
  10. Final Documents signed, typically at residence with a mobile notary. (three-day rescission period before funding for refinances)
  11. Funded – Your all done, congratulations.

  2. Tax Transcripts
  3. Pay stubs.
  4. Bank statements

This is all done with bank rate security and is all digital. By going paperless you significantly reduce the time it takes to close.
